Add Mobile Phone Number to FamilyID Account
Why add your mobile number to your FamilyID account?
If you have forgotten, or no longer have access to, the email address associated with your FamilyID account, a text message with a 'reset code' can be sent to your mobile number. Add your mobile phone number to your FamilyID account so that you may simply and securely reset your account's email address in the future.
There are two ways to add your mobile to your FamilyID account

Visit the FamilyID homepage and select Log In at the top right corner of the page. This will bring you to the log-in screen. Enter your email address and password and then select the blue login button.

You will then be prompted to add your mobile phone number. Enter your 10 digit mobile phone number including area code and choose Update. This mobile phone number will now be associated with your account and you'll be able to reset your account's email address via text message.

If you are already logged in to your FamilyD account, on the top right-hand corner of the page, scroll over your name and click
Profile from the menu.

You will then be prompted to add your mobile phone number. Enter your 10 digit mobile phone number including area code and choose Save. This mobile phone number will now be associated with your account and you'll be able to reset your account's email address via text message.
