Transfer Owner Role on Organization Account

Account Owners have the ability to invite new users, delete old users, and transfer ownership right from their FamilyID account.

If you wish to transfer the Owner Role to someone who is not yet a user on your organization account, you must first add them to your account. You can read about how to do that here.

Transfer Ownership of your Organization Account

To transfer the Owner Role, log-in to your FamilyID organization account and select Organization from the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Select Users from the left-hand navigation.

Select the Account Owner's user badge... 

...then select the user you would like to transfer ownership to and select the Transfer button to make the change. It's that easy!
