Creating a Waitlist

If you have a program that is currently full, you can create a waitlist for anybody wanting to sign up in case a slot opens up for a section.

Note: Using Active Dates is another way of setting limits to your waitlisted sections in addition to the Space Limit.  With Active Dates, you are able to set specific dates in which your section is available on your program page for participants to sign up for.

To create a waitlist:

Log in to your FamilyID account and select Programs from the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Locate the program you wish to edit and select   Edit.

Click tab 2,  Sections.

All the sections for this program being offered are listed here. To create your waitlist, click the Create New Section button.

Enter the name of your waitlist. Make sure to mark it clearly as WAITLIST so that registrants do not select the wrong section. Enter the start and end dates. Make sure to leave your Space Limit blank.

Enter in any remaining information and press  Save.
