No Access to Reports

Are you seeing one of the following messages below when attempting to view your reports on your mobile browser or FamilyID Pro app??

To view information such as a list or roster of participants, you will need to be granted permission by your organization.  The account owner or administrator will grant these permissions by sending an invitation via email. 

Here a few important notes regarding access to reports:

  • If you have not received or accepted an invitation from your organization, you will not have access to information until you do so. 
  • Only your organization can grant access to reports.
  • If you had access to a report but it no longer appears in your account, your organization has stopped sharing the information with you. Please reach out to your organization directly to gain access to the information again.
