How Do I Reset My Password?
Note: If you have requested a password reset link to be sent to your email and you have not received it after 15 minutes, please contact support at support@familyid.com.

If you have forgotten your password go to
FamilyID.com and select the blue
Login link located in the top-right area of the screen.

Select the
Forgot password? link.

Input the email address you use with FamilyID and select the
Reset button.

Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your email.

On the
Password Reset form enter your new password twice. Then select on the
Reset button to save these changes.
- 7 Once the new password change is successful, you will be logged into your account.
