How Do I Reset or Change My Account's Email Address?

Have you forgotten, or no longer have access to, the email address associated with your FamilyID account? Once your mobile phone number is associated with your account, you can update your account's email address via text message. 

NOTE: If your mobile number is not associated with your FamilyID account, not receiving a text message, or if you are unsure, please contact us for assistance. 

On the FamilyID log-in screen, select Reset Account Email.

Input the mobile phone number associated with your FamilyID account and choose Reset. You will be sent a text message with a code.

Type in the code you received via text message, along with the email address you'd like to use to log into your account. Choose  Reset. You'll then be logged-in, or prompted to log-in, with your new email address.
