Share a FamilyID Subscription Agreement

1
Log in to your organization's FamilyID account and then select the Organization tab in the blue navigation bar.

2
Select the Subscriptions tab from the left-hand navigation on the screen.
3
Select the down arrow next to the ' View' button for your proposed or accepted subscription and select SHARE.

4
Enter the information of the person(s) with whom you wish to share the subscription. Select the '+ADD' button to include additional recipients. Be sure there is a blue 'checkmark' in the checkbox to the left of each recipient's name. When complete, select the blue ' Share with Selected' button.

Recipient(s) will receive a link via email allowing them to access the subscription agreement without logging in or creating a FamilyID account.

If the subscription has already been accepted, recipients will only be able to review and edit their contact and billing info.
If the subscription is proposed and not yet accepted, recipients can fill out the form, agree to the terms, and approve the subscription.

NOTE: An individual subscription agreement may only be 'accepted' once.
