Share a Report

Once a report has been created, you have the ability to share this report in multiple ways.

  1. Invite users to your organization allowing them to see specific information.
  2. Download it as a file and then either print it or email the report as an attachment
  3. Email a real-time link of the report

SHARE REAL-TIME LINK of REPORT

Find the link 1 of 2 ways

Log-in to FamilyID and hover over the 'REPORTS' tab and select 'REGISTRATIONS' at the top of the screen.

 Locate the report you want to share.

Method 1:

When viewing a report, click on the "PUBLIC LINK" from the '"TABLE VIEW" drop-down menu.

Select the "PUBLIC LINK" from the drop-down menu associated with the report you wish to share.

Put a checkmark in the box that says 'I understand and agree that I am responsible for sharing data using a non-secure public link.' Then click the button that says 'GENERATE PUBLIC NON-SECURE LINK' to share the link. 

AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED REPORTS

Log-in to FamilyID and hover over the 'REPORTS' tab and select 'REGISTRATIONS' at the top of the screen.

 Locate the report you want to share and select the down arrow next to the 'TABLE VIEW' button.  Choose 'EDIT/SHARE'.

From creating or editing your report, you can share the report by checking-off the box that reads 'SHARE ACCESS TO THIS REPORT'.

Share your report with one or more recipients by clicking on the 'SHARE ACCESS TO THIS REPORT' checkbox and entering the information requested. Those you've authorized to view the report will receive an email granting them access. If you choose to send periodic emails, the email will be generated and sent via email between 4 am and 6 am EST to the recipient email addresses.  
 

You also have the ability to allow them to make any internal registration data change. This includes approval, payment and registration statuses and internal fields.

You may also choose to allow them to message the FamilyID account owners. This will let them email the participants in their report you have shared with them.
