Requesting Refund for Completed Registration
You cannot request a refund payment through the FamilyID system, and canceling a registration WILL NOT result in a refunded payment. If you wish to cancel a registration and request a refund for a completed registration you will need to contact the organization directly.
To locate the contact information for the organization you would like to contact, follow these instructions:

Log in to your FamilyID account and select
Registrations in the blue navigation bar.

Locate the name of the
Program in your list of completed registrations and click on the blue link. This will direct to the registration form for the program.
Example: Program named "Athletics Registration"

The program's Contact Us area is located on the upper-right area of the page. The contact(s) listed here will be able to assist you with canceling your registration and answering your refund questions.
