Changing Section on a Completed Registration

Organizations can choose whether or not you can change sections after a registration has been completed. If they DO NOT allow for you to switch sections, you will need to reach out to the organization you have registered with directly to adjust your section. 

To change the section you have registered for, follow these instructions: 

Log in to your FamilyID account and click on View or Update My Registrations.  

Locate the registration you would like to change, then click on the Add or Update Info button.  


If your Organization allows for you to change sections, your screen will look like the image below: 

You can then select your desired section by selecting the box next to its name. Once you have selected your new section, scroll to the bottom, and select Save. This will then update your registration to the newly selected section. 

If you click Add or Update Info and your registration looks like the image below, your organization DOES NOT allow for you to change sections. 

If this is the case and you'd like the section changed on your registration, you will need to reach out to the organization with which you registered. To locate the contact information for the organization, follow these instructions: 

Select  Registrations in the blue navigation bar.  

Locate the name of the Program in your list of completed registrations and click on the blue link. This will direct to the registration form for the program. 

Example: Program named "Athletics Registration" 


The program's  Contact Us area is located in the upper-right area of the page. The contact(s) listed here will be able to assist you with making changes to your sections.
